You will be working directly under our Quality Control Manager as a Quality Control Specialist. The Quality Control team ensures our customers have great experiences so that we continue to help grow their businesses and ours!
You’ll be receiving calls from customers who are upset as well as proactively reaching out to customers who need that additional care to ensure their order goes smoothly. You’ll research each situation as needed so as to understand what’s happened and then suggest resolution.

  • Strong ability to research and unravel data and solutions
  • Strong problem-solver and high initiative
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Stays calm despite stressful conversations or circumstances
  • Excellent knowledge of computer basics such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Can type at least 40wpm 
• Monday - Friday from 9 - 6pm with an hour for lunch
• $13-$15/hr starting, depending on experience
